1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Sami Fashion Store.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our provided return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (RAAST or JazzCash).
- Please allow up to 21 days for refund completion after we receive and verify your item.
- If the item is defective or damaged, a full refund will be issued.
- In case of minor defects or wear caused by handling, repair or partial refund may apply.
4. Exchanges
- Size exchanges are available if the requested size is in stock.
- Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
- Customers must bear shipping costs for non-defective exchanges.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, tailored, or clearance sale items.
- Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, or innerwear for hygiene reasons.
6. International Orders
International returns are accepted; however, customers must cover all return shipping and customs costs.
